We operate a cash only business, there is an ATM 100yds from the shop.
Out of hour appointments
saturday appointments and appointments outside of your barbers regular working hours will be charged at a £5 premium on top. Check your booking and email for confirmation
Cancellation policy
Please ensure you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the time allowed. The system is very user friendly to enable this.
Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge, which until settled will deem you ineligible to rebook. This information is also stated in your booking confirmation e-mail and at time of booking.
Each barber has their own books and is self employed. We ask you respect this.
Please be here on time as it knocks subsequent bookings back all day.
Shop policy allows our barbers to refuse to fulfil the service if 10mins late or more. In this instance, the above policy applies.
